This office doesn’t take walk-ins until after appointments are completed. So all wickets are for appointments until after 3:50 as that’s the last Booking time. It’s 3:35 been in line since 2:00 haven’t moved and presently there are 25 in line. We are 7th so we should get in but crazy should at least have one wicket that pulls in from the walk-ins!! Poor guy trying to manage the line was awesome said he and other staff have complained but nobody does anything.
