The front desk is not helpful at all and won't let you finished your question he will interrupt you. Not pleasant and very rude experience. Needs to educate

This office doesn’t take walk-ins until after appointments are completed. So all wickets are for appointments until after 3:50 as that’s the last Booking time. It’s 3:35 been in line since 2:00 haven’t moved and presently there are 25 in line. We are 7th so we should get in but crazy should at least have one wicket that pulls in from the walk-ins!! Poor guy trying to manage the line was awesome said he and other staff have complained but nobody does anything.
