I went to Sleep Country to pick up a pre ordered item on Sunday afternoon January 10th. A male staff member who I first spoke with informed me that they do not have pick up service orders. His manner was extremely rude and condescending. Almost frightening. I will never return to that store.

I absolutely "lucked in" this morning when I happened to call the Sleep Country Store at Coppersmith Centre in a search to resolvev a frustrating issue with the Sealy Posteurpedic adjustable bed with which I am delighted except the mechanism results in the mattress, literally sliding off the frame. Tony, the manager immediately came to my rescue. He shared a simple, cost-effective solution as my model is several years old & any apparatus available would just not be compatible. He exemplifies an old-school dedication to customer service that reflects the integrity of the company he represents. I am sharing my experience with friends & I will certainly flag his store as my go-to for future purchases, You made my day, Tony!
