This place has the worst customer service on the planet. I bought a pair of earphones and I wasn't satisfied because it wasn't loud enough and I went back to get an exchange. They had a no refund/exchange policy that the staff failed to notify me about. When I asked her what I could do at this point she was super impatient and said I could talk to her manager. Her manager was not helpful at all, sticking to strict policy even though his employee failed to notify me about it. When I tried talking to her again, she threatened me with security. Like I was just trying to talk it out but she acted like she was mad at me. The manager did nothing to help but said "I don't have time to deal with this" Worst place ever, never visit it.
