Came into the lab before 9am and there was no one else in the wait room. Waited for 10 minutes and no one came out to say “hi, please wait a moment” not to mention there were 2 staffs in the room behind (there was an open window behind the reception table). We made eye contact but she didnt even bother to say “please wait a moment” to acknowledge my presence. Finally a third staff came out from the back (I assume she did all the blood work and reception because 3 patients came out from the back rooms.
