BEWARE! I went to consign my bag and the store called me to collect it after 2 months later saying the customer who bought the bag returned it because the clasp was broken, which was completely false because when I took it in to get evaluated the bag was 100% fine before the store agreed to sell it. The owner was rude and did not want to resolve the problem. I had to contact the Better Bureau of Business to resolve the matter for me.
