I purchased a couple of New Bib Coveralls Waist 40 and leg 30 after detailed measuring, they are two inch,s longer in the back than my old ones. I can not adjust the straps to fit. I this a one off or are they now made in this way. I need coveralls there fore I would like to know. So I know which way to go.

Bought crazy expensive Dunlop rig boots new, open the box and find mud on them. Guess what Marks is willing to do? Yup, canned apology and the old "if you feel like it you could waste another hour+ driving there and back to exchange them, if there are any left". Well, I needed the boots, so I'm wearing them. Sure feel like a chump paying new price for used goods though

Less than 1 star for service from rude obnoxious manager. No attention paid to customer safety during covid pandemic. Not called when online order arrived at store - was told they would call. Waited 3.5 weeks when told it would be 1-2 weeks. Staff were nice but manager was horrendous to deal with.
