Worst phone experience I've ever had. Extremely pushy staff, very untrustworthy. I was pressured into a contract I did not want and ended up with a phone that doesn't work as it should. Conveniently, nothing is covered by warranty. Do not recommend this business. I will never use virgin again after this experience.
