I went to Telus at Pine Center, very stressed because I had forgotten all my passwords. There was no line up and an absolutely amazing girl, Kim, immediately made me feel welcome and settled. Not only was she very knowledgeable and friendly, but her competence, calm mannerism, patience and gentle assurance put me totally at ease and gave me much confidence. It is because of employees like Kim I stay with Telus. Thank you Kim

Useless ... absolutely no help. Store did not answer my phone call ... I let it ring over 30 times with several attempts! Zero satisfaction!
