I have been waiting over two months for a refund on a damaged range, the $1681.00 may not be much to them but it is my money! I just keep getting a runaround by everyone I have talked to and no manager will give me the courtesy of even a phone call. I guess I may have to look into legal action. Sears will not see me shopping there again!
