I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at Mint Pitt Meadows. My family and i went in to see if they had chlorophyll drops that i’ve seen online for a while and wanted to try. There was a lady with bright blonde curly hair that was at the front desk. She repeatedly told me that they didn’t have the product, and ended up bring us over to the topic of skin care ( which we didn’t ask for). After talk about a topic that we weren’t interested in, we politely started walking out the door and the lady starts talking at us very rudely saying “ you don’t want any of my samples?!” when she didn’t even say she was getting them. Then we politely entering back in the store again she spend another 10 minutes trying to give us samples for something we didn’t want. One of my family member asked her a question and she gave the snarkiness and rudest reply ever with a very sarcastic voice. She even said “ well u didn’t even want to try it!” This is the rudest lady i’ve ever met in my life. i’m very disappointed and will not be returning to the store.
