We recently purchased engagement rings at the Penticton Location in Cherry Lane mall, we didn't buy top of the line rings which may have contributed to their poor attitude towards us. My partner had returned the next day to give the size for my ring, and the lady behind the counter was helping another customer with an issue. When the other customer had left, the Manager was overhead saying to her employee "She bought a 5,000 dollar ring so you make sure you do what you can to help her". My Fiancé and i's assumption on our treatment had been correct, if you spend more they will treat you better, which is unfortunate for anyone because my future wife and I had spent more than 5,000$. I don't recommend this place to others, this was our first experience with Paris in Penticton and guaranteed our last.
