brought my phone in for a new screen. I had 2 identical phones so no need for parts. I came back the next day as I was told to, only to be told the phone wasn't ready. Please come back after the mall closes at 6 and meet at a side door. I showed up early and waited...30 min later I asked london drugs to call the store...no answer. Asked a janitor to knock on the door...no one there. Next day, I get a message from my sister saying some guy is answering my phone! WTF!!! The sales guy has acted like he was stoned every time I talked to him. DON'T Ever go there if you want prompt, professional, reasonable service.
