In Nov 2015 I purchased emerald and diamond huggie earirngs. I have had one of them "fixed" several times and it has fallen out several times but luckily I always notice. This week however it once again fell out and is nowhere to be found.I am so disappointed at the quality of the clasp as this was a sentimental purchase.Apparently this is quite common with that item and I think the customer should be "advised" of this possibility for the price
