My son and I went to coles today because he wanted to look at books and as soon as we walked in the sales lady stopped him and asked him if he had a mask with a filter or a disposable mask, he wears a bandana style mask, he said no and she offered him a disposable mask or we would have to leave. She claimed it was store policy. My son decided to leave. I am thoroughly disgusted with her blocking him from going in as he has always worn this style of mask and has been in this store several times since masks were mandatory and never had an issue. How can a store decide which masks are okay in THEIR opinion?
