Elaine is the most upbeat and pleasant woman on the universe. When I am down from no weight loss she is right there to pick me up with her awesome smile and give me different ways to succeed. I am so glad I am making this trip from Bowen Island to this Weight Watcher branch at Pemberton Plaza and look forward to coming every week because of her awesome spirit. The ladies on the desk have stuff to offer too. They don't get down on you if you have gone over. The whole experience of Pemberton Plaza Weight Watchers is awesome.
