I have no hesitation in giving their products 5 stars as always, but alas, their order system sucks, as does some staff's attitude when it comes to sorting out simple problems. We all know problems come up now and then, and the key to providing good service is in solving the issue. Today our order didn't include some of what we had asked for and when we phoned to ask why, we were originally told they were out of stock but then suddenly some reappeared. When we asked them to put them aside for us, the lady manager said the items had been sold to someone else! She blamed everyone and everything else. However, in the end Steve was very helpful and our order was finally filled after a half hour "pass the parcel" phone call. If this were the first time we've had problems I would not have complained, but it's not.
