If I could give zero stars I would, paid $90 for a repair and clean/polish service on my tall boots, the repair didn’t even last a month before falling apart and he did not bother to remove the laces and clean under them, I could’ve overlooked that if the repair was decent but it was a butchered job poorly done with uneven stitching lines and poor quality materials.
