This has to be the very worst Walmart I have ever been. They simply pick on the Native People from our community. Either change you policies or your employees be taught not to harass my people or face a devastating Lawsuit on behalf of my attorney. There is one employee who keeps accusing my wife, who has paid her items, and still gets stopped for shoplifting. My wife has NEVER stolen a thing in life. REPEAT: Fire this employee or face a Lawsuit.

I went to Walmart on Sunday to get my stash of affordable staples. I was informed I could not use their carts as I do not carry cash. I asked at the information counter if I could use a cart as I’m 80 years old. I was informed store policy has changed and NO carts are available unless I have cash. I bought was at I could handle and left angry and will not shop at Capilano Walmart again. Very poor business practice and customer appreciation.

March 21 ,the check out person was wearing a pair of gloves that were very dirty. I asked him how often he was required to change his gloves and he didn’t have an answer. Walmart needs to put a policy in place. Disgusted.

Outrage by a non-existing customer service over the phone. Phone calls are dropped or get connected to another customer on hold. Returned 2 car batteries for the disposal refund and original proof of purchase was not returned to me. The only way to deal with it is to make all purchases on a visa card and dispute transactions through them.
