Unfortunately, I purchased a Sony Receiver from my online research that did not meet my system requirements (speaker wire connectors were not useable with my speaker wires). I visited the store (Mr Abbasi) spent time to hear me out and to suggest a kit to fix the wire gauge problem). The banana plug kit did not fix the problem. The store had an open box unit with the proper outputs. They allowed me a credit for the first unit. Happy now ...

They hardly have anything on display. The store seems disorganized. The sales rep tried to sell me an item 2.5 times the budget I told him I had. None of the sales people were wearing face masks. I won't be back again.
