The lady who works there , it seems she hates her job , you know does b$&& face !! Please smile and be thankful for just being about to work lady and appreciate your costumers .

I brought my daughter on her birthday to get her ears pierced. The staff were very impersonal and cold. No interest in being pleasant and almost robotic. I left feeling very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
