My experience with Capilano Dental Mall was to make the transition from my own teeth to dentures, This was without a doubt the worst experience of my life and an extremely costly one. The Temporary Denture sold to me as a Permanent one was so ill fitting it wore the gums completely off the bone in my mouth. I had infection resulting from bone chips lasted for over 3 weeks. I was charged the same price for one denture that didn't fit as what most charge for a temporary and permanent denture. Upon being advised by College of Dentist to request refund I was assured that would under no circumstances happen, I was blamed for them not fitting as I took out to rinse as directed however, could not get back in..
