I went for an acrylic nail removal on Feb 19, 2018. I have asked how long does it take and what was the price and was told about 30 minutes and $15 CAD. They were initially scrambling to find the technician who will be available to do it, but after few minutes, a lady came back from the back room and set me at the table with name Tina (I guess that's her name). She clip the nails first and then started to file them down with the drill, then soaked them in the acetone, filed again with the drill, soak. This process was terrible - she had been putting an uneven pressure on my nails, clipped them really close to the skin, filed them so much that I felt a burn on my right hand pinky, caused redness on several more nail beds. None of the nails came out even and clear, and when she was done she just asked me to washed my hands. I had to ask for the hand cream as my fingertips were so dry from all the acetone they were in. Should I tell you that she filed my natural nails so much that I have very painful fingertips today. I have received a terrible service and I definitely don't recommend them in the future. I won't be coming back.
