That review from "Darlene" posted on November 19, 2020 should be removed from this site. It is outright discrimination. Yes, this is Canada, where people get a free education. So, get educated Darlene. Also, the store is called Loonie PLUS. You clearly require reading lessons as well as class.

My Friend and I met at the Royal Square Mall for coffee and just got tickets for parking more then 30 minutes. We did not notice the signs because they are too high to see when you are driving into the spots. It is real poor service for a mall and we will advice our friends and family that this mall is not customer friendly.

the parking spaces is misleading. There are signs which are above eye level which has times for each roll of parking stalls. there are 30 min and 2 hr parking limits. You cannot see them unless you look up, I did not know that I parked in a 30 minute stall. I parked near the starbucks and decided that I would go to the safeway and buy groceries and later grab a coffee. It took me 45 minutes to complete the process and a parking ticket was issued. I tried to support the local business and this is how I am treated. I will never shop there again. please put the signage where people can actually see it

The really rude East Indian lady wouldn’t serve me She kicked me out I told her it says everything for a dollar She was prejudiced against me She was saying rude things to me!!!!!! You are in Canada Speak English
