Went to the store a couple of times, great service and overall store vibe. Bought a couple of screen protectors and case. Sam is incredible, ready to service and ready to make sure the customer’s needs are met. Kind, capable and patient. Prices are fair and competitive. Totally recommend the place... shop local!

I have an Apple iPhone X. This is a water-proof phone that I have dropped in water dozens of times with no effect. My screen was cracked and so I spent over $250 here getting a new screen - being told the new screen is "as good as Apple!". Yesterday I dropped my phone in the sink and the screen went completely frizzy. Now Mobile Q says "sorry, everyone knows that our screens aren't waterproof" and "I can't replace the screen for free because my system won't let me". What a scam...
