First time I took my dad here to get a phone , the lady could not find my address but I’m with Koodo and have problems so she made up a address ! We didn’t understand why where not getting the bills emailed she didn’t even put the right email info we had to call in and get it all fixed !! Now I was just there to get my dad a upgrade paid for a cab here !! 10 mins till the mall closes and she already closed everything down and turned us away same girl !! But the rest of the mall and all other phone stores are open !! Do not go to this location!!!
