Bought a pair of jacket and found out later that day that i got billed twice using my debit card. Went back to the store to raise my issue but they dont know how to fix it. They still need to call the off duty manager and asst. manager for assistance but to no avail to fix it. Instead, they took my # and wait for their call to have it fix. What a waste of my time! I love Helly Hansen products its just the management that runs the store sure needs training..
