Over 10 years of loyalty means nothing. I am still greeted at the door with "Do you have an appointment - wait there." You'd think they'd know my name or at least could greet me with a smile. Never being late or missing one appointment in 10 years means nothing. I booked 2 pedicures 4 days in advance and when I got there, I was told I wasn't in the system. I explained that a guy answered the phone and took my book. "Oh he's new," was all I got. E
