Salesperson and Manager review | by Pamela G on Dec 12, 2018
My daughter visited the store December 8, 2018. She was looking for stocking stuffers for me, as I am am a seamstress. The salesperson who assisted her was quite rude. My daughter does not sew. This person bragged about how all her children could sew, even her son. She indicated my daughter should know how to sew and was very intimidating. I phoned the manager of the store today December 12,2018 to launch my concern. At first this manager seemed receptive and inquired whom the salesperson was, did I have a name. My daughter was so intimidated she did not remember her name. I explained this and pointed out that there would not be that many people on staff that had numerous children that know how to sew. The conversation was difficult as the manager kept interrupting me and not letting me finish my points of view. This manager was very defensive and I voiced my concern about her continuous interruptions and the conversation deteriorated. At this point as I was not been heard I hung up. I am frustrated that I could not explain my story without interruption and defensive rhetoric from manager. Hence my very poor review. Non sewers should get unbiased help without intimidation!!!
