Excellent service from representative EJay Plana. He made me aware of promotions as requested and went beyond the call by contacting me while I was out of town. Explained the package available, answering all questions regarding my new phone. Was available for help as an issue arose. Given quality of service I recommended him to a friend who then purchased a phone. I will continue to recommend wireless wave and this rep without hesitation.
