Today approx. 9am we were at the checkout manned by Doug. What a pleasurable experience, Doug was so polite and had the type of customer service which we all like to experience when shopping. Thank you Doug, especially for your sense of humour. Walmart are fortunate to have you.

There are never enough regular cashiers. It's impossible to use the self check out for a big load. I'll shop elsewhere if it doesn't improve. Where did the service go?

I love shopping here, but the only down fall is that I noticed that the Chinese/Korean race try to pry on customers who are shopping and pick-pocket your wallet/money.....I've had this happen to me 3x but luckily I noticed them & they didn't get anything from me. Their young adults who do this so the next time I see them trying to do this to me I will be reporting them in to the store manager. I thought I was overreacting but when it happened to me the 3rd time I almost punched the young Chinese/Korean guy out because I seen him trying to go into my purse....he kept circling around me & my boys & my eldest son said he noticed it too. So just a heads up need to watch more closely.

can never get anyone to answer phone trying to find out if there are any california car dusters in stock in nanaimo and why are they twice the price as to what i paid in store
