On July 30th,2020 my husband and I were at the Woodgrove Walk in Comfort store with our masks on. We waited to get in as the store sign 2 people at one time in store. We were also not to touch any shoes , the clerk would help us. Well there was only 1 clerk and she did a great job finding my husband shoes. While he was trying them on a woman , unmasked came into the store. The clerk asked her to leave and gave reasons why. The woman refused and started picking up shoes, which the clerk then had to take and put behind the counter. All the time the clerk is asking the customer to leave because of covid store rules and being very polite and firm. The customer then proceeded to say " what if I don;t what are you going to do , call the police? The clerk said yes. " The older woman then finally walked out. This clerk did a great job of handling during a difficult time. She apologized to us for the episode when she didn't have to . Walk in Comfort store was the only shoe store that had a 2 person rule and I'm glad they did . This clerk helped us find what we needed and did a great job at it. Well done.
