Just wanted to say I had wonderful service from Phelan Enslow-Bancroft at the booth yesterday. My Samsung cellphone was doing weird things…partly my fault, I learned. He explained things very well and cleaned up all the junk on my phone.

Have chatted with several of the staff and found them to be very helpful, pleasant, easy to deal with. They fill in things that don't appear on the website that make it easier to choose the plan that works the best for you. Great with call back help, if needed, for first time smartphone user. Would definitely recommend Virgin as a service provider
