I would like to acknowledge a staff member from Nanaimo Toys r Us (Loureen). On Nov 19/21 I purchased a TOT TUTOR 12-Bin and when I put it together I found that one of the plastic bins was cracked. I called customer service, Loureen answered and said no worries, she’ll take care of it. And she did! Thanks again Loreen.
