Went to Mountain Warehouse today. Found two different pairs of shoes. Shoes were on sale. Went up to the counter to pay. Two lady’s cashiers ask, “ Do you have a card “? Which I replied “ No “. Apparently, if you do not have a card which is free, you can not get the sales price! “ I said “ Just so I am clear you are telling me, no card no sale price “. “ I am not interested in another card.” “ Yes that is correct” “ Now I’m interested in your shoes “. Have bough other thing in this store never had any issues and the Customer Service was great back then. Sorry Lady’s I think you need to go through retaining on Customer Service and the other shoes store will benefit from your error in judgment. I would rate your sales and Customers Service at a 0. Having run my own two Business in the past, Customer Service at my company’s was the best, and most importance. Your serve wasn’t even in a gray area!
