Called direct to furniture dept. & paid over phone for a chair. 3 1/2 weeks later someone 'working from home'; who did not speak English calls to say the chair was no longer being manufactured.One week later, I walked into the Bay, & there was the display chair, on sale; yet the inept, unprofessional sales clerk didn't have the decency to call & advise me. I was so disgusted with their lack of customer service,I left it sitting there. Brutal!

At four pm today was at Bay watch center to get watch catch/strap, if would be available, 21 6 23.Young man was being power tripper to elderly man ahead over repairs.He told me he'd be moment, as i started to look through large high stand of straps on counter corner.He then repeated in a nasty tone same, so I said perhaps he means stop looking at strap boards.Yes was reply!We walked out.Think Bay lost three customers right then, forever!

Este lauder counter never seems to have a proper Este representative available. I find shoes to be overly priced compared to other such stores. Last time I was upstairs looking for bed linens the assistance I received was not the least bit interested in my wants. Sorry pretty much negative experience for me. I live in Nanaimo.
