I had heard good things but from the get go this was going to be a bad experience. I told the girl at the till it was my first time and she just stared at me. Then I placed and order and 15 minutes to closing she told me the till was closed. Luckily, I had my wallet and could pay the 45.00. I then watched the 2nd girl slap my food together while sighing. Either work the jobs you applied for or go home. Ps. My rating is less than 1 star.

With so much hype about this new location opening up, touting their "big pickles" and other goodies, this Store is a complete swing and miss. Firstly, their mac and cheese is gross. They cram it into the smallest container ever and its severely overcooked. The noodles are practically mush. Secondly, everything about their cesear salad is wrong. Let me list them... The dressing is all over the place, being non existant on some greens and then globs of it underneath other parts. The only 2 big croutons were so stale and unappetizing it almost made me sick. They also put 2 FULL strips of bacon on it. I have never seen a salad have actual bacon strips on it. Normally they are in pieces/bits so you can actually eat them in the salad. It was the worst salad I have ever ad. Thirdly, their little 2 dollar bags of chips seemed like they just emptied the crushed bits out of other big bag of chips into their own bags, it's really pathetic. Lastly, what I thought would be their big signature seller, as proposed by their advertising, the "Big pickles"... Sorry to let you down if you were excited but they are just normal, small, regular pickles. Nothing special at all. Here's the kicker, they are $1.50. For 1 small pickle. I'll remind you that for twice that price you can get a jar of 10+ Bicks pickles. It's borderline Food court robbery. Mark my words, if they don't fix these issues, this place will close down FAST.

I ordered BBQ Pork and Mac & Cheese but made me a Pork and Mac sandwich instead. I told them it's wrong and wouldn't fix it for me. The sandwich was very gross and dry. My mom got a grilled cheese and mac & cheese. She said the grillcheese was dry and had a hard time eating it. The mac & cheese was also horrible. I make KD that's 100 times better than this. Overall, won't be eating here again. Expensive for what you get.
