Great service, very accommodating, reasonable prices

I've used the cali nails studio,in nanaimo twice now and both times very disappointed. My acrylic tips fall off within a week I go back for a fix she was rude and rough and drilled my mail beds down to the skin ouch!!!! To add insult to injury I was charged the full price for a full fill and the nail art I requested 3 times was forgotten I felt rushed out. It's been 2 days after now and guess what? My tips are falling off again! Aaargh! I won't be back and neither will my friends and family. Big let down. And pricey.
