I was in search of the new Galaxy S22 Ultra and hoping to buy it at Best Buy Mobile. Shane was the service rep on shift. He immediately seemed annoyed that I even needed any help. From the moment I began asking about the phones, he had a terrible attitude. He was condescending and extremely rude. By the time I was finished, I was so discouraged that we just left and I ordered directly from Samsung. My daughter was stunned at his behaviour.
