This Starbucks is worst in Nanaimo. I have been ripped in ground coffee and got half as much as I was supposed to. Then I tried again going and they gave me milk instead of soy and when complained, was told that is what the drink is normally made of and no offer to make another one. Big raspberry to this place, won't go there again! My friend wants me to meet there next week, that won't be happening I will go to townsite , they are so awesome. They also are friendly and always give you a smile. And a choice of soy with a smile!
