After more than 45 years with CIBC my tolerance is ended for the many frustrations in dealing with this branch of CIBC. I am moving all my accounts to my other bank. My repeated instructions on how to deal with my maturing GICs are ignored; I have to go into the branch and straighten everything out. I have had 14 "financial advisors" in 14 years. I have had 3 advisors in 30 years at my other bank. I quit.

I have been here multiple times. Every time lined up out the door. I’m changing banks as we speak. Worst customer service you can imagine. Thanks for the one teller during peak hours. Smart management.
