Can't sit down anywhere! | by Debbie Woodhouse on Jul 25, 2020
Walked around for 2 hours waiting for my husband who was in the clinic. No benches anywhere. Won't be going out of my way to go this mall again.

unhappy | by d rocko on Nov 06, 2019
I have been shopping at the port place mall for about 16 years and over the time I have seen some disappointing mishaps like panhandling at thw customers people yelling at one another drinking sitting on the NOW GONE benches and that is a good thing , but now they are sitting on the ground outside smoking , outside London drugs and inside on the benches .AND WHY IS THE MANAGAMENT of the mall not enforcing anything about this matter , there is another London drugs in town or shoppers drug mart ,or raxell drugs

I am a frequent shopper at PPM, and have been so for many years. I am now a senior with mobility issues, and frequently need to sit down for just a few minutes before I can walk again. I certainly understand your reasons for removing all the benches but one from the common area, but the single bench is often occupied. People are happy to shift over, and I am happy to see the regulars chatting away, it is as it should be, I think. One fellow said you’d removed the benches because people were sleeping on them...fair enough reason to get rid of them. However, how about placing some benches with arms on them, so people can’t lie down, and those of us who need to rest for a bit are able to do so Ok, thanks for reading this and hope to find some more resting spots soon. Myrna Broughton Oh, also...I’ve tried to ring you, but the phone number on the website doesn’t work.

I had a fall not long ago, but, even though my name & telephone number were given to your female Security guard, and I'm not surprised, no one has handled this matter adequately, So, if this matter has not been addressed, I'll' let a judge decide of your inadequate handling of this matter, hovering on Elder Abuse.
