After fasting 4 times (no food 5pm on) & office not able to give me my tests (did not have paperwork (1 wrong)). 4th tm. (I hr. wait) got my blood drawn & after a 2 hr wait (sugar test) had another draw. They lost those samples. Load & unloaded my wheelchair each time, had husband go the 3rd time to doctors office for a printout as they never seem to receive it even after 4 days. I will be going in again for the 5th time. Not very efficient.
