We purchased a shower curtain in mid-May and was advised that it was back ordered. After waiting a # of weeks, we dropped in to the store to see if it was in. It had not arrived but a sales clerk had promised us a $10 rebate for our inconvenience in our long wait. Finally, it did arrive but unfortunately, I had lost the receipt. After talking with the Manager Shawn, and showing ID, our name was matched to the correct shower curtain and the $10 refund was also honoured. Thank you so much JYSK for your good service and we will certainly recommend your store to any potential customer. Not all stores would go the extra step without a receipt.
