14 day instore return. Is not anywhere on receipt, person who was talking to says they don't have the kind of headphones I need for my tv so no refund. Not really impressed.

I called ahead to hold an Acer computer and $249 Sony headphones on sale for $129. Didn't call me to let know that they didn't have the headphones lead me to believe that JBL headphones for $139 he pawn off on me were the equivalent quality and they not. If had phoned me I would have gone to the other store. Don't have time to return as they are needed right away.

I purchased a tablet on Thursday and had it serviced. I was told it was ready for pickup on Friday. I went in today to get it and was told it wasn't ready. The two young man on the counter were very patient and understanding. One of the young man was called Brandon and the other was an asian fellow with a turban. I didn't get his name. Even though the unit wasn't ready I felt I received excellent customer service from the two fellows. I observed Brandon helping an elderly man who was confused and he was very patient and accommodating to him. I wrote and trained customer service courses and these two fellows followed every step in giving good customer service. Please let them know that I was very pleased with the way they handled my problem. Dan Spence
