They're definitely more of a "physical maintenance" supplement store but they do have a decent selection of high quality holistic brands like Purica as well as a great selection of protein powders. So if you're looking for a wide array of "herbals" and "topicals" or dried herbs (ex. Brands like Nature's Way or teas) it's not the main focus of the store but it's still a great shop with helpful staff! I got myself some Purica Curcumin I'll be incorporating into my anti-inflammatory diet with a lot of black pepper in my meals since the Piperine in the black pepper increases the bioavailability in Curcumin and Turmeric. -Jen
