I actually can’t believe they charged me $47 to change my polish? I could get an entire pedicure anywhere in town for that.I didn’t ask how much a polish change was, and I should have, so that’s on me? I think that is price gouging and I won’t go back … too bad. You lost a repeat customer!

Too bad zero stars can't be given. My wife's experience today was horrible, went in for a simple toenail polish removal and nail cut. They kept trying to upsell her into having a pedicure and eyebrow reshaping as they felt it needed to be done, numerous times she had to say no. NO means NO! I understand that times are tough, but being rude to a customer that gives a $5 tip on a $15 charge and complaining that it's not enough tip....
