I have an acct at this branch and everytime I go to cash my pension they ask for ID.. Why I have my bank card so WTH do I need to show you pic ID? No other branch has ever required me to give pic ID also??

I went in the branch back in march to do a deferral the manager Stephanie processed my paper work incorrectly I went in 2 more times even paid $800 make sure Her error would not EFFECT MY CREDIT!! it still was sent to cra as missed payment eventhough I never missed payment and wont write a letter saying they messed up to correct it on my credit If you make a mistake you should fix it which you did NOT AND WOULDN'T EVEN AUTHORIZE A LETTER STATING WHAT HAPPENED now iam having problem when I had excellent credit wont be renewing MORTGAGE WITH TD or recommend them or this Brach I worked at bank 3 years to know she could have done something help
