I went into The Source completely frustrated trying to switch my old IPhone to my new one by the instructions on YouTube. I explained the situation to Alex(the sales assistant) and he immediately assured me he could help. He spent a very long time fixing what I had done wrong and then set about setting up my new phone. He was patient, kind, and very helpful. Thank you Alex.

Great store and amazing staff with better then online prices . I have to give a shout to Joey and Jan for their customer service , products knowledge and always trying offer the best deal for the client. Definitely my favourite store i highly recommend it.
