Just had the most horrible experience shopping at this store. purchased a brand new laptop for our daughter to have her open the box at home to find out it was a used laptop with someone else's credentials still in it. went back to the store to tell them and request a new one only to have them come from the back holding another one stating they were just doing a factory reset on it. attempted to talk to the district manager, store manager via phone to be told that they classify that as new, not refurbished, not open box but new. yet they don't inform you when you are purchasing this item that was in a sealed box that it is not actually new as stated. when confronted repeatedly they say they do sell stuff that way but at a discount which this laptop was not sold to us at any discount after hours of standing around repeatedly talking to staff in person and on the phone from the store we did eventually get our money back but wasn't easy went to best buy for the exact same brand new laptop was 20$ cheaper and brand new in the box
