This was the worst place I've ever been to three girls not a smile thanx anything they looked like they were in pain to help anyone I got a 250 dollar pair no thanx or anything I will never go there again it was bad my wife didn't even want me to buy them so was so angry stay away

Went in to spend more than $400 on sunglasses but only staff was too busy texting on her phone to assist. When she did look up her knowledge of the Rayban Series was negligible nor was she interested in helping us to buy. The help downtown Vancouver was fantastic and I will drive there to buy. Sunglasses Hut will get the sale but not the clerk in Langley. Must not be on commission

If we can give a negative score, we will. When we entered the Sunglasses Hut Langley store, all the staffs were talking to each other, not paying attention to us customers, waiting to get off work. After we purchased the sunglasses, no one is caring for us and did not give us a case for the sunglasses. We then asked them about a case for the sunglasses, the staff just shook her head and said she will give us a paper shopping bag. AVOID.
